Printify allows anyone to create and sell custom products online by easily adding their designs to various blank products. My role was to take a look at the designer interface and take it beyond the initial MVP to align with users needs and wants. As a result, we ran multiple stages of discovery and solution validation and were able to increase both user satisfaction and business metrics.
